Best Price Guarantee
When you book a Salas Travel tour directly with us — on salastravelperu.com, at our office or by WhatsApp — you get our lowest price. Our website prices are already below the price of the same tour on Viator and TripAdvisor. If you still find one of our tours cheaper somewhere else, we refund the difference.
What the guarantee covers
- Tours operated by Salas Travel, booked directly with us with a deposit or full payment.
- A lower price for the same Salas Travel tour published on another website, such as Viator, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide or another agency that resells our tours.
Conditions
The lower price must be for:
- the same tour, itinerary and departure date;
- the same number of travelers and the same type of service (shared or private);
- the same inclusions — train class, hotel, meals and entrance tickets — and the same cancellation conditions.
It must also be publicly available: no login, membership, coupon code, loyalty points or package with flights or hotels. Prices are compared in US dollars, with all taxes and fees included, on the day you send the claim.
How to claim
- Send us the link and a screenshot showing the price, date and conditions to info@salastravelperu.com or by WhatsApp (+51 961 231 767), before booking or within 24 hours after booking.
- We check it within one business day (Monday to Saturday).
- If it qualifies, we refund the difference to your original payment method or deduct it from your balance.
What is not covered
- Tours run by other companies, even if they have a similar name or itinerary: a different operator means a different service.
- Official tickets with fixed prices, such as the Machu Picchu entrance, Inca Trail permits or train fares, which cost the same everywhere.
- Prices published by mistake, prices that are no longer available when we check them, and differences caused only by exchange rates.
- Claims sent more than 24 hours after booking, or after the tour has taken place.
One claim per booking. The version of this policy in force on the day you book applies.
