Overview
This ATV experience links two of the Sacred Valley’s most distinctive landscapes. The ride crosses open farmland and traditional communities on the Maras plateau, with time to become comfortable with the vehicle before setting out.
Moray and Maras Salt Mines ATV: what to expect
At Moray, circular terraces reveal the Incas’ close understanding of landscape and cultivation. The route then continues toward the viewpoint above the Maras salt pans, where thousands of small pools descend along the hillside and remain part of a living local tradition.
